新乡学院美术学院成立于1997年。学院现有美术学、环境设计、视觉传达设计、动画四个本科专业。教职工86人，其中教授6人、副教授19人，讲师39人，博士5人，在读博士30人，“双师型”教师比例达到45％。有16个教学实训工作室、14个专业创作研究工作室；有专业图书5000余册，艺术名家高仿画50余幅。
