表演学院是四川传媒学院下设的以表演专业为主的二级学院，以培养基础雄厚、品德端正、专业精湛、实践力强的应用型表演人才、艺术教育人才为目标。学院坚持立德树人为根本，始终将教学与艺术实践相结合，不断在专业布局和人才培养模式方面进行探索，形成了具有综合艺术素养的顶尖表演人才和应用型人才培养特点。

河北传媒学院表演艺术学院是河北传媒学院教学转型改革试点先行单位，人才培养目标明确定位为具备较强的表演艺术专业能力，具有社会责任感和良知道义，成为能够从事戏剧影视角色创作、社会演艺团体演出或舞台监督工作、艺术教育类工作的应用型表演艺术人才。目前在校生1000人左右。
中央戏剧学院表演系拥有雄厚的师资力量，既有理论修养深厚，在表演艺术实践、教学上具有丰富经验的教授和副教授，又拥有一批具 有开拓精神的中青年骨干教师。目前，表演系本科设话剧、影视表演、音乐剧表演和主持人专业。培养具有戏剧理论知识、掌握表演艺术的创作规律与技能、有较高艺术品格和良好艺术素质的表演艺术专门人才。
中国国家话剧院是中华人民共和国的国家表演艺术团体，于2001年12月25日在中国青年艺术剧院和中央实验话剧院的基础上组建成立。集中了一批优秀的话剧舞台艺术人才和影视艺术人才，是一个继承传统，努力进取，富于探索，追求高水准话剧表演艺术，创造话剧艺术精品的基地。中国国家话剧院以创作和演出高质量、高品位的中外优秀话剧艺术作品为已任，不断追求戏剧舞台的经典性和实验性，为观众呈现世界和民族的先进戏剧文化成果...
安徽大学艺术学院经过十多年的教学建设、改革与发展，已具备丰富的办学经验和良好的办学条件。2000年开始招收艺术设计专业本科，2003年与哲学系联手招收绘画美学硕士研究生。目前，艺术学院设有设计系、美术系、戏剧系、音乐系四个系，有艺术设计、绘画、音乐表演、导演等四个本科专业，九个专业方向。
