近日，发表在《Nature Biomedical Engineering（自然生物医学工程）》上的一项新研究中，来自德国慕尼黑大学领导的一支大型国际研究团队对T细胞进行了基因工程化以作为对抗胰腺癌的一种方法。该方法在实验室条件下显示出抗肿瘤活性，并提高了动物的存活率。
