基于组织认同和社会交换理论,以2008~2013年中国A股上市公司为样本,对企业慈善行为影响收入增长的员工反应机制进行了理论探讨和实证分析,并验证了服务业和企业员工责任水平的调节效应。研究发现,企业慈善捐赠行为对收入增长有显著的正向影响,这种影响在服务业以及履行员工责任较好的公司中表现得更加明显。结果表明,企业慈善捐赠所具有的鲜明的道德属性激发了员工工作满意度和工作投入,能有效改善员工的工作绩效,...
