2016年9月14日，中国21世纪议程管理中心负责管理的2016年国家重点研发计划“典型脆弱生态修复与保护研究”专项“喀斯特峰丛洼地石漠化综合治理与生态服务功能提升技术研究示范”项目在长沙召开项目启动会暨实施方案论证会。中国21世纪议程管理中心、中国科学院科技促进发展局代表，以及来自贵州师范大学、西南大学、北京大学、中国科学院相关研究所的8位专家参加了会议。
