通过热分析实验及对灰铁试件的浇注实验,分析了碳当量及孕育对灰铁凝固过程的影响. 在动态膨胀叠加法的基础上,综合考虑了初始温度、碳当量、孕育、初晶和共晶体积的收缩与膨胀,建立了灰铁缩孔预测模型. 开发了灰铁凝固过程数值模拟分析系统,并对实际的灰铁浇注件进行验证分析,预测结果与实验结果吻合较好.
