科技日报华盛顿2006年12月20日在实验室中将人体肾结石经过细胞培养后，美国马约医学中心的研究人员成功地从中分离出纳米粒子，以及同纳米粒子相关的蛋白质、核糖核酸和脱氧核糖核酸。研究人员表示，该研究成果具有十分重要的意义，它使得人们在了解纳米粒子是否具有活性并导致疾病的研究中又向前迈进了一步。研究报告发表在12月份出版的《调研医学杂志》上。
