评价基于DANTE预脉冲SPACE定量评价蛛网膜颗粒的价值。方法 纳入头颅影像学检查证实存在蛛网膜颗粒的30例患者,分别进行SPACE序列成像和基于DANTE预脉冲的SPACE序列成像。评价SPACE序列图像和DANTE-SPACE序列图像中静脉窦内和颅板下蛛网膜颗粒分布特征,并进行定量测量,包括最大横截面积、最长径、SNR和CNR。比较两种方法获得各测量指标的统计学差异。
