近日,北京友谊医院张忠涛教授团队与南京大学药物开发研究所程宇豪课题组合作,在生物材料领域权威期刊Biomaterials上发表论文Nano-oxygenated hydrogels for locally and permeably hypoxia relieving to heal chronic wounds(纳米含氧水凝胶通过缓解局部和渗透性缺氧以治愈慢性伤口)。

我校药学院高峰教授和陈彦佐副教授团队开发了一种新型外泌体-脂质体杂合纳米递药系统,该递药系统能够通过减少肝脏Kupffer细胞对纳米粒的非特异性摄取,同时该系统联合利用了外泌体的归巢效应,提高药物在肺纤维化部位的蓄积,并使其深入细胞外基质(ECM),实现了纳米递药系统对于肺纤维化病灶中成纤维细胞的精准靶向抑制治疗,相关成果发表于Biomaterials期刊。
